Holy Cow, I’m 27!

This was a fun, fun, fun birthday weekend!

It all started on Friday, with an exciting day at school!  My friend, Stephanie, brought me a purple lei (since Hawaii is one of my favorite places to go)!  She brought all my kids a lei also!!  Here we are, taking a ‘crazy' picture’ Friday morning!

After lunch, my mom brought up a cookie cake for us all to share!

Jimmy even surprised me at school with these GORGEOUS flowers!

Friday, right after my surprise baby shower from my class, Jimmy and I headed to New Braunfels!!!  Of course, we had to go one more time before Addison gets here!

We were a little bummed because it was pretty rainy and overcast.  We did find a Farmers Market going on Saturday morning.

Then, we ran a few errands around town.  This is Henne’s Hardware…one of the oldest stores on the Plaza downtown.

There was a bout four hours of pure sunshine Saturday afternoon, so we snuck in a nice, relaxing float on the Comal!

Saturday night, we went to our very favorite restaurant, Liberty Bistro.  This delicious place is just off the Plaza and it is in the basement of the old courthouse.

We came home on Sunday afternoon, and went to dinner with mom and dad at Outback!!  (Too bad I forgot my camera!)

Jimmy finally started on the Rosetta Stone we bought four months ago!

We both took Monday off to relax and get things done around home.  One of the big items on the list was a carwash for me!  I have not gotten my car washed in a long time and we have been to the river twice since then.  It was nasty!

After having this day off, we both decided we need to take a day off once a quarter, when nobody else has the day off (like today).  The stores were empty, there was no traffic and we got a ton accomplished!

Thank you to everyone who helped make my birthday wonderful!!
