Seriously, why would you live anywhere else! Here we are enjoying a nice, 68 degree afternoon in the middle of winter! Isn't the sun just gorgeous?

Yes the weather is awesome. I'm still waiting for it to be a bit warmer w/ less wind so I can lay out by the pool!
